What we can print
We review every custom model before accepting it. You must own the design or have permission to print it. We may request changes or decline projects that fall outside our equipment, materials, or experience.
Prohibited model policy
TwoLayerLabs does not manufacture weapons, weapon components, dangerous devices, illegal items, or models that violate another person’s intellectual property or privacy. Safety-critical, medical, and food-contact parts are outside this demo service. The lab may decline any model after review.
Print finish, timing, and fit
3D prints have visible layer lines and small dimensional variation. Listed print times are estimates, not shipping promises. Product photos are illustrative. Confirm any fit or tolerance requirements during review. Small parts are not suitable for children under 3.
Payments, changes, and refunds
This development application simulates manual Cash App payment reporting. Do not send real money. Reporting a payment does not verify it; an administrator must confirm receipt. No live refund is issued by this application. Final cancellation and refund terms will be added before launch.
Your files and information
Uploaded model files are private and accessible only to the uploader and authorized staff. They are never executed or automatically sent to a printer. Account sessions use protected cookies. Keep guest-order links private: they grant access to that order until revoked or expired.
Your print camera
The camera view is read-only and limited to your active print job. Access ends when the job pauses or finishes. This demo uses illustrative image frames, not real webcam footage. Printer network details and controls are never shared with customers.
Data and contact
The seeded customers, addresses, tracking events, and notifications are fictional. This demo has no live email or SMS delivery. Use the placeholder business contact hello@twolayerlabs.example for layout review only. Retention, deletion, and real support procedures must be configured before live launch.
